Sending Photos / Images

How do I send you the image I would like in my gift?

After placing your order, please email the image to us along with your order number to photos@yoursgiftfully.com

 

What size or type of image should I send?

We use professional design tools, so we can accept any common image format. For size, bigger is better, so please send us the highest resolution image you have. If the image is not big enough, we will digitally enhance it for you free of charge.

 

Do I need to do anything to the image?

If your image is already in the right shape and size, we'll use it as is. However, if you're not sure or want to leave the creative process to us, feel free to send the original image and we'll take care of the rest.

 

What style of photos or images can I send you?

Your imagination is the only limit. We can produce your creation with almost any image. However, we reserve the right to refuse images that breach legal or moral guidelines.

 

What happens with my photo after you create the item?

Your privacy is important to us. We securely delete all provided images 30 days after order completion. After this period, we will be unable to retrieve any images sent to us.

 

Will you share my photos / images with anyone?

Under no circumstances will we share your images with anyone or use them for any purpose outside of creating and printing your item. You can trust us with your photos and images, and we'll never break that trust.

 

Packaging / Delivery

What is the packaging like?

We take as much pride and care in the packaging as we do the gift itself, you will receive your item in classy packaging which we know our customers value and love. Our packaging is 100% recyclable and if you have any special requirements then please contact us and let us know.

 

Can I have the item sent as a gift to a friend or family at a different address?

Yes, of course. Many customers order from us and have their gifts sent directly to the recipient. If you'd like to include a message, let us know, and we'll add a cute gift card to your order.

 

How long will it take to arrive?

Once we have your image, we'll produce your gift within a day and dispatch it on the same day or the next working day.

 

My item has not arrived, what do I do?

If your gift hasn't arrived, please contact us. If you ordered tracking, we can both check the tracking information to see where your gift is in the mail system. Standard delivery is typically 1 to 2 days in the UK.

I have a metal allergy or question about metal contents - what do I do?

We are here to help you and we always have the best interests of our customers at heart. Please contact us using the contact form or email us at support@yoursgiftfully.com and we'll talk through any specific concerns you have.

 

Are the metals used real gold and real silver?

In most cases, the metals we use are stainless steel, alloys, or gold or silver plated unless otherwise stated. We also offer additional options such as 925 Sterling. Product Care

How do I care for my jewellery?

To keep your personalised jewellery in perfect condition, we recommend following these helpful tips:
  • Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures
  • Keep it away from water or other liquids
  • Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, cleaning products, and other chemicals
  • Remove your jewellery before going to bed or exercising
  • Clean it regularly with a soft cloth (which is provided with most orders)

    I've broken my gift or its become damaged - what do I do?

    If your gift becomes damaged or broken, please do not hesitate to contact us. We understand how important these gifts are to you and we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We can offer assistance with replacement parts or repairs to help you restore your gift to its original condition. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you need any help with your gift.
